Born in Mexico City, he holds an Architectural degree from Iberoamericana University and a Masters degree in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University.
He has worked independently as well as in some of the largest and most prestigious architectural firms in NY and in San Diego and has been involved in projects of diverse type,

Jose Luis is currently designing several projects while pursuing his California Architectural License as well as the state's Real State license.
He has lived in Coronado with his family for over 15 years.
